If you play with multiple accounts, you can keep track of your progress on all of them in a single profile.

• Log in
• Click on your username on the top nav bar
• Click on Settings
• Scroll all the way to the end of the page
• Click "Add account"

When you have multiple accounts, you'll see the account you're adding the card to when clicking the "+" button. To add more copies, click the "V" button and you'll see a "+" button below each of your accounts.
